COVID Policies and Procedures

Please be sure that you have read the policies and procedures PRIOR to your appointment

We apologize for any inconvenience, but the health and safety of our staff and our clients come first and foremost. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Due to new health orders caused by COVID-19 our hours may vary.

If we are not at the shop please message us on our Facebook page or call and leave a voicemail (including your name, number and reason for calling) and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What to expect at your appointment

  • Face masks/coverings are required at ALL TIMES. These will NOT be provided for you. You will NOT be permitted to enter the building without a mask or cover over BOTH your nose AND mouth.
  • Your temperature will be taken BEFORE your enter the building. You will NOT be permitted to enter if your temperature is ABOVE 100.4.

Deposit Policy

  • Deposits are only refundable if you give a 24 hour advanced notice.
  • If you no call/no show or call the morning of your appointment you will forfeit your deposit.
  • Deposits are taken off the TOTAL of your tattoo.
